Experience Required
• Should be able to map opportunities, resources and manage its KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Should be able to work and coordinate with multiple persons and departments
• Should have Econometrics knowledge ( Profit and Loss calculation, ROI, etc)
• Should be able to read and analyze Analytics for website, social media profiles or ad campaigns
• Should have logical thinking (cause-effect) regarding Audience development and social/community development
• Understand the monetization logic and business model of Banner/display advertising
• Understand the business logic of content management systems
• Understand the mechanism of Digital Conversions and conversion optimization
• Should be able to make logical judgment regarding Content and Copywriting quality
• Should have knowledge of basic digital promotion channels and mechanism
o Digital Conversion Funnel (impressions-click-monetization)
o Mobile marketing
o Paid and non-paid digital promotion channels
o Search Engine Optimization
• Should have personal experience and have knowledge in Social Media and its integration
• Should have interest in Digital Products and its future trends
• Should be able to comments and give suggestion to improve user experience

Education
Any S1 graduate, prefer business management
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing or sales
Describe the skills, knowledge, experience and if appropriate, education required to perform the job in a satisfactory manner.
Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience
